Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience working in a kitchen or similar environment preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- physical capability to lift heavy items
- valid state food handler's license(s)

Job Duties
- Washes china, glass, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- maintains the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of the cleaning supplies
- removes trash, compost, and recycle to appropriate receptacles
- ensures efficient operation of dishwashing equipment
- assists with kitchen sanitation as needed
- supports team members during busy periods
- adheres to safety and health regulations
