Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
CPR certified
Ability to lift minimum of 10 lbs
Willingness to follow sanitation and safety procedures
Availability to work flexible hours
Previous experience in kitchen or sanitation roles preferred
Food handler certificate preferred

Job Duties

Empty kitchen garbage/trash and sanitize containers as needed
Check in, unpack, and store dry goods, cleaning supplies, and cold stock
Wash kitchen equipment, pots, and dishes
Assist kitchen staff with receiving, unpacking, and storing all vendor deliveries
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Support general kitchen operations as needed
Follow health and safety regulations
