Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capacity to lift heavy objects safely
- willingness to comply with safety attire including gloves and slip-resistant shoes
- reliable transportation to Georgia Aquarium location
- availability for part-time schedule with flexibility
- ability to communicate effectively in English
Job Qualifications
- Prior dishwasher experience preferred
- knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
- ability to work part-time hours including variable days and shifts
- physical strength to perform manual cleaning tasks

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machines
- washes pots, pans, and trays ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silverware using tumblers, chemical dips, or hand cloths
- maintains safety procedures compliance
- monitors temperatures and chemical levels
- keeps dishwashing area orderly and safe
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- removes and disposes of trash
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assists with loading and unloading supplies
- performs other assigned duties
