Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must have State Food Handler's License(s)
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation helpful
- Reliable and punctual with a team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- Possession of a State Food Handler's License
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen or dishwashing environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment
Job Duties
- Washes china, glass, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of the cleaning supplies
- Removes trash, compost, and recycles to appropriate receptacles
- Works flexibly and efficiently under pressure
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations including the proper handling of food items
