Job Requirements

No prior experience required
Must be willing to work Thursday through Sunday 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies
Willingness to comply with safety and hygiene standards
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and be trained
Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety practices is a plus
Good communication skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
Polishes silverware using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth
Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
