Job Duties

- Polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and procedures
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as required
- Keeps dishwashing area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to meet sanitation requirements
