Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- food and beverage experience preferred but not required
- ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred
- ability to take direction and collaborate in a team environment
- ability to work in high energy and demanding conditions
- good communication skills
- ability to work unsupervised for extended periods
- willingness to maintain a professional company image including grooming and uniform standards
- ability to comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations

Job Duties
- Maintain courteous and friendly service with a smile at all times
- collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
- load and unload dishwashing machines
- wash items manually when dishwasher is unavailable
- store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment following food safety guidelines
- set up workstations before meal prep
- ensure availability of clean dishes and utensils especially during peak hours
- maintain cleaning supplies stock
- check dishwashing machines and report technical issues
- remove garbage regularly
- sanitize kitchen and floor areas
- adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- support management decisions
- perform other assigned duties
