Job Requirements

ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods

ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment

Job Duties

operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines and trash compactors
wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
clean dishes using detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in a three-compartment sink
inspect, pull, stack, and send soiled items back for re-washing
rack and spray items with hot water to remove food residue
sort, soak, wash, and re-wash silverware
breakdown dirty bus tubs and empty trashcans
clean and mop assigned department areas
dispose of glass and break down cardboard for recycling
follow all company safety and security policies and report issues
develop positive working relationships and support team goals
perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
perform additional duties as requested by supervisors
