Job Qualifications
- No high school diploma or GED required
- no prior related work experience required
- no supervisory experience required
- no licenses or certifications required
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers and trash compactors
- wash and sanitize kitchen and storage areas as well as utensils and equipment
- receive deliveries and properly store perishable products while rotating stock
- ensure clean dishware is stored appropriately and inspect items for cleanliness
- use chemical detergents and disinfectants in dishwashing processes
- dispose of waste and recyclable materials properly including breaking down cardboard
- report safety hazards and comply with safety policies
- lift and move objects up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required
- communicate clearly and support team objectives
