Job Requirements
- must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- must be able to lift push pull or carry heavy objects of at least 50lbs
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 or over

- kitchen experience preferred but not required
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- friendly and positive attitude with co-workers management staff volunteers and guests
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends some holidays and long hours
- attention to detail to maintain highest standards of cleanliness
Job Duties
- demonstrate ability to meet company standards for guest service interaction with co-workers and uniform standards
- take pride in personal appearance reporting to work in neat and clean clothing maintaining well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
- ensure a clean safe and pleasant atmosphere is maintained in the kitchen and other work areas
- perform opening and closing side work as required
- maintain a positive attitude in high stress situations
- operate dish washing machine including set-up load run and remove clean dishes
- maintain dish washing machine cleanliness including frequent cleaning of filters
- place clean dishes in correct storage locations
- manually wash and scrub dishes that do not fit in the dish machine ensuring thorough cleaning and sanitization
- empty all trash cans and remove to appropriate dumpsters
- maintain loading and receiving areas ensuring they are clean and safe
- report safety hazards or unsafe conditions to management immediately
- perform other duties as assigned by management
- demonstrate excellent attendance
