Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and smallwares to ensure cleanliness and safety for reuse
- adhere to M.S.D.S. guidelines, food safety standards, and food and beverage policies and procedures
- remove trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in a safe, clean, and organized condition
- restock cleaned plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans in designated areas
- clean and sanitize all food service areas, equipment, and tools
- assist with maintaining a safe, positive, and enthusiastic work environment
