Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance
- Availability to work events as scheduled
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in sanitation and cleaning preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented fast-paced event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate with employees co-workers management staff and guests in a clear business-like and respectful manner to foster a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
Job Duties
- Ensure highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so they may be reused in clean condition free of contamination risk
- Utilize and implement M.S.D.S. criteria food and product safety and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures
- Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition
- Stock plates glasses pots utensils and pans after cleaning
- Clean and sanitize all food service areas and equipment
