Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in food service or dishwasher role preferred
Ability to adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards
Availability to work flexible hours including event schedules
Ability to communicate effectively with team and management
Must possess or obtain valid food handling certification
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere helpful
High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, management staff, and guests
Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by regulations

Job Duties

Ensures highest sanitation levels for all tableware and cooking equipment
Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures
Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in a safe and clean condition
Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans after cleaning
Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment
Maintains excellent attendance and availability to work events as scheduled
