- previous experience in a high-volume kitchen preferred

Job Duties
- Cleans, sanitizes and organizes dirty dishes and dish area
- cleans and drains the dish machine at end of shift
- empties all trash containers and washes out as needed
- assists with cleaning of kitchen and equipment as necessary or as time allows
- assists with mopping of floors and sweeping as delegated by kitchen management
