Job Requirements
- Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, twist, reach overhead, and lift products and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds frequently
- Occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions
- Ability to work nights and Sundays
- Willingness to follow safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies
- Ability to work with minimal direction and oversight
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, food preparation equipment, and/or utensils using mechanical dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Take direction as instructed by the Executive Chef and/or BOH/Kitchen Manager
- Embody and promote consistency and efficiency in sanitization and safety standards
- Nights and Sunday availability
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
