Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours
- Must be able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must live within 50 miles of the hotel
- Must be able to work various shifts including holidays and weekends
- Maintain cleanliness of work area at all times
Job Qualifications
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Excellent safety and sanitation skills
- Create courteous, friendly, professional work environment
- Food handler's permit required
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans
- Mop floors
- Clean kitchen equipment
- Ensure adequate supply of clean china, glassware, and silverware
- Maintain required standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- Minimize breakage of circulating equipment
- Follow and enforce company policies and procedures
- Complete other duties as assigned by management
