Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Food Handler's Permit
- able to stand up to 8 hours
- able to push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs
- must live within 50 miles of the hotel
- must possess effective communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- willing to work various shifts including holidays and weekends

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans
- mop floors
- clean kitchen equipment
- ensure an adequate supply of clean china, glassware, and silver
- responsible for the proper cleaning, rack and distribution of all china, silver and glassware
- maintain required standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- minimize breakage of circulating equipment
- follow and enforce company policies and procedures
- complete other duties as assigned by management
