Job Requirements

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- available to work nights and weekends
- relevant state certifications as required

Job Duties
- Create and deliver unforgettable guest experiences with energy and a top-tier service mindset
- help keep the kitchen running smoothly by washing, sanitizing, and organizing all dishes, glassware, and utensils
- follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- maintain a clean, organized, and odor-free dish area throughout shifts
- support the kitchen team with end-of-shift duties including cleaning down kitchen areas and correctly storing food
- take pride in the kitchen by ensuring it is well-stocked and ready at all times
- follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe
- take opportunities to go above and beyond to help the team and ensure smooth service
