Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
  • food handler's certificate or ability to obtain within 14 days
  • must be able to work weekends
  • ability to pass DSHS background check
  • ability to read, write, and communicate in English

  • ability to pass DSHS background check
  • previous dishwashing experience and kitchen prep skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Operate dish machine following operating instructions
  • wash and clean utensils, carts, trays, and place clean items in designated storage areas
  • maintain the dish machine-washing areas following sanitation and safety procedures
  • properly record daily machine temperatures in appropriate logbooks
  • deliver and retrieve resident meal carts
  • bus and clean tables as required
