Job Duties
- clean and sanitize dishes utensils and kitchen equipment according to safety and health standards
- assist dietary staff in meal preparation and service support
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- operate dishwashing machines and related equipment safely
- ensure timely removal of trash and recycling materials
- restock supplies in kitchen and dining areas as needed
- follow all company policies and procedures regarding food safety and employee conduct
