knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
ability to work in a fast paced environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

wash dishes by hand and using a mechanical high temperature washer
cleanse and sanitize all dishes from kitchen and bakery production departments
dispose of all kitchen trash
put loads away in an organized manner while maintaining FIFO (first in first out)
help prep dishes made in the kitchen
