Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a dishwasher or similar role is beneficial but not required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work well within a team
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Ensure all dishware, utensils, and glassware are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
Assist in maintaining kitchen cleanliness by cleaning cooking utensils, pots, and pans
Restock supplies as needed throughout shifts to support dining and kitchen operations
Complete side work tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal
Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation according to restaurant policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
Perform additional housekeeping or kitchen prep tasks as assigned
