Job Requirements
- Must be available to work evening shift from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- must be available to work Saturdays
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with dishwashing duties
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- must be dependable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- able to follow health code guidelines
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen cleaning role is an asset
- strong attention to detail
- understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment properly
- maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
- clean and sanitize dish machines, sinks, shelves, and surrounding surfaces
- sweep and mop kitchen and dish area floors
- clean walls and maintain overall back-of-house cleanliness
- take out trash and ensure proper disposal procedures are followed
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
- assist with additional cleaning tasks as time permits
