Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- possess excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- hold a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
- communicate effectively with team members
- learn all chemicals used in the building and use them properly
- work around various temperatures in the kitchen
- multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties
- Operates an industrial dishwasher
- wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions
- clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment
- execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas
- empty and clean all trash receptacles
- provide assistance to line cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times, including basic prep
- load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies
- perform opening, closing and side work
- clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
