Job Duties
- Use hands or dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items ensuring all sanitizer levels meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area while keeping kitchen wares storage organized
- Remove trash from dish room and transport it to dumpster, clean and sanitize garbage cans
