Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 70 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift
- Capacity to occasionally push and pull to move equipment, mops, and brooms
- Able to work in variable temperature environments
- Legal working age as required by local law

Job Duties
- Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen items using hands or a dishwasher, ensuring sanitizer levels meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment properly
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area
- Organize kitchen wares storage
- Remove trash from dish room and transport it to the dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
