Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, ensuring items are properly stored after cleaning
- Support kitchen operations by assisting with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen
- Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to supervisors
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation during events
- Perform other duties as assigned
