Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and move for several hours at a time
- Lift up to 20 lbs and handle repetitive motion tasks
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, and perform physical duties throughout the shift
- Work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working near heat, steam, and standard kitchen equipment
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Load, run, and unload the dishwasher efficiently and safely where applicable
- Ensure all utensils, glassware, plates, cookware, and trays are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing area at all times
- Set up the dish room and dish machine before each shift and properly break them down after
- Sanitize work areas continuously to prevent cross-contamination
- Mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room hallways at the end of your shift
- Follow all current food safety and hygiene standards
- Arrive in full uniform with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Be open to cross-training opportunities for career growth
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
