Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to washing and cleaning
- Flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Food handler's card if required by local and state regulations

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- Support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup cleanup prep work table bussing and equipment maintenance
- Adapt to varying work hours based on weekly business needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dish area
- Assist with basic food preparation and service support
- Follow all health and safety regulations including proper food handling
