Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift heavy items safely
- flexible availability to work varying hours
- food handler's card as required
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- support other areas of the restaurant as necessary such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- adapt work hours weekly based on business needs
- communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and workstations
- adhere to safety and sanitation standards
- assist team members to ensure smooth daily operations
