Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Possession of a valid food handler’s card where required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes are spotlessly washed quickly and efficiently
- Support other areas of the restaurant such as setup, cleanup, prep work, table bussing and equipment maintenance
- Work flexible hours based on business needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Assist with inventory and proper storage of kitchen supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
