Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Use hands or dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items
- Ensure sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area
- Keep kitchen wares storage organized
- Remove trash from dish room and transport to dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
