Job Duties
- Operate and maintain the industrial dish machine efficiently
- Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, kitchen equipment, and additional items as assigned
- Maintain organized dish areas and storage systems
- Support kitchen prep tasks as needed
- Monitor chemical levels and cleaning supply inventory
- Follow proper chemical safety procedures
- Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit and surrounding areas
- Empty and clean trash receptacles
- Support kitchen team during peak service periods
- Monitor equipment operation and report maintenance needs
- Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures
- Execute opening and closing duties as assigned
- Participate in training and knowledge development programs
- Be ready and willing to help with other kitchen duties as needed
- Spend up to 16 hours per year volunteering (paid) for MadTree Impact initiatives with excitement, encouraging teammates to do the same
