Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work evening and weekend shifts
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety practices

Job Duties
- Cleaning of all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and equipment
- Sweeping and mopping floors and washing walls
- Performing kitchen duties and trash removal in all kitchen areas
- Wiping down counters, tables and equipment
- Removing trash
- Helping chefs in setup of food plates and miscellaneous food prep
