Job Requirements
- applicants must be at least 18 years old
- ability to lift 50 pounds is required
- standing for extended periods of time
- working in wet conditions regularly
- restaurant experience required
- authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Job Qualifications

- ability to work onsite
- ability to work weekdays and weekends between 4 pm and 12 am
- good physical stamina for standing and lifting
- ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
Job Duties
- cleaning of all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils and equipment
- sweeping and mopping floors and washing walls
- performing kitchen duties and trash removal in all kitchen areas
- wiping down counters, tables and equipment
- removing trash
- helping chefs in setup of food plates and miscellaneous food prep
