Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to stand 100% of the shift with the ability to bend, stoop, and twist
- Able to lift and carry up to 70lbs
- Ability to work full time or part time
- Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
Job Duties
- Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine
- Keep the Heart of House clean and tidy by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans
- Wash plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures
