Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Able to stand for 100% of the shift with the ability to bend, stoop, and twist
- Able to lift and carry up to 70lbs
- Available for flexible scheduling
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering great hospitality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is beneficial but not required
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Providing guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine
- Keeping the Heart of House clean and tidy by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans
- Washing plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures
- Assisting kitchen staff as needed to ensure a smooth operation
- Adhering to all health and safety guidelines
- Supporting team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
