Job Duties
- Providing guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine
- Keeping the Heart of House clean and tidy by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans
- Washing plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures
