  • Able to stand 100% of the shift with the ability to bend, stoop, and twist
  • Able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds

Job Duties

  • Providing guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, plates, glasses, and equipment
  • Maintaining cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machine
  • Keeping the Heart of House clean and tidy by sweeping and mopping floors and emptying trash cans
  • Washing plates, glassware, silverware, pots/pans, and kitchen utensils per sanitation and cleaning procedures
  • Assisting kitchen staff as needed
  • Following all health and safety regulations
  • Supporting team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
