Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required
- Certification as a nursing assistant or home health aide is a plus
- CPR/first aid certification training available upon hire
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards for dinnerware, glassware, cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning methods
- Ensure work areas are kept clean, safe, and sanitary
- Comply with federal, state, and local sanitation regulations
- Incorporate Generations' mission, vision, and values into daily interactions and work
- Participate in on-the-job training
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Support team efforts to provide a welcoming environment for residents and staff
