Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- May be required to use constant hand motions, kneel, walk, reach, bend, stretch, or lift up to 20 pounds repetitively
Job Qualifications

- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Capability to perform repetitive hand motions, kneel, walk, reach, bend, stretch, or lift up to 20 pounds
- Prior experience in kitchen or cleaning roles preferred
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards is an advantage
Job Duties
- Perform daily cleaning projects as directed by supervisors
- Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and containers
- Keep dish area organized and free of clutter
- Clean floor mats, sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Sanitize garbage cans and maintain inventory of supplies
- Report equipment malfunctions promptly
- Assist kitchen personnel as needed
- Maintain cleanliness standards set by the company, Health Department, and OSHA
