Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time
- must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 40 lbs
- must be available to work weekends and holidays
- must have the legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- must adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications
- Previous dishwasher or kitchen steward experience in a high-volume environment
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- must be available to work weekends and holidays
- must have excellent communication and teamwork skills
- ability to safely operate kitchen equipment and tools
Job Duties
- Load, run, and unload the dishwasher with utensils, glassware, cookware, plates, and trays in a fast and efficient manner
- ensure all dishes are clean and sanitized before putting them away on dish racks
- maintain the dishwasher area to make sure it is clean and organized and that the wash cycle is always sanitary and operating at peak performance
- mop and sanitize the dish room, kitchen floors, and dining room hallways, remove trash at the end of each shift to maintain safety and sanitation
- sanitize work areas and adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
- follow all safety procedures
- assist with deliveries and basic food preparation tasks
- remove trash, safely operate a trash compactor and ensure cleanliness of the trash compactor area
- collaborate with kitchen team members to maintain efficient workflow and communicate effectively
- other duties as assigned
