Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred ability to perform physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights flexible schedule with availability for early evening shifts willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines including COVID-19 recommendations basic food handling certification preferred but not required acceptable background check results

- experience in basic kitchen duties such as dishwashing and food preparation knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices ability to work in a team environment with good communication skills attention to detail in food quality and consistency willingness to learn and perform varied kitchen tasks positive attitude and reliability basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation
Job Duties
- dishwashing basic food preparation linen preparation food storage general kitchen cleaning ensure food quality consistency and timely delivery manage kitchen sanitation and safety procedures assist with protein butchering and smoking maintain inventory and stock supplies support team members in daily kitchen operations
