- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
- ability to adhere to safety and sanitation procedures
- physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications

- prior experience in dishwashing preferred but not mandatory
- ability to follow safety and sanitation standards

- good physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machine
- washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures
- polishes silverware using designated equipment and chemicals
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains dishwashing temperatures and chemical levels
- keeps dish area clean and orderly
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies
- performs other duties as assigned
