Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 60 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift
- Occasional pushing and pulling to move equipment, mops, and brooms
- Capacity to work in variable temperature environments

Job Duties
- Use hands or dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items ensuring sanitizer levels meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area
- Keep kitchenware storage organised
- Remove trash from dish room and transport it to dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
- Follow directions and work cooperatively with others
