Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
- Keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
- Work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
- Perform some shifts on weekends and holidays
- Support team efforts to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed
