Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift heavy items
- knowledge of sanitation standards
- flexible availability
- ability to follow instructions carefully

Job Duties
- Utilize proper procedure for washing and sanitizing dishes, flatware, pots and pans
- load and transport tray carts to and from service areas
- clean work area including kitchen walls, floor, rubber mats, etc
- maintain standards of sanitation based on County, State and Federal regulation
- ensure all dishes and silverware are clean and ready for use
