Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Job Duties

Clean plates, glasses, silverware, and dining room serve ware
Clean pots, pans, food storage, and other food service equipment
Assist with food prep during slower service periods as directed by the kitchen manager
Dispose of kitchen trash
Support line cooks during busy service times
Clean and maintain the dish machine and relevant equipment
Follow kitchen cleaning schedules and standards, including post-service station breakdown
Collaborate with kitchen staff for communal area cleaning
