Job Duties
- Clean plates, glasses, silverware, and dining room serve ware
- clean pots, pans, food storage, and other food service equipment
- assist with food prep during slower service periods as directed by the kitchen manager
- dispose of kitchen trash
- support line cooks during busy service times
- clean and maintain the dish machine and relevant equipment
- follow kitchen cleaning schedules and standards, including post-service station breakdown
- collaborate with kitchen staff for communal area cleaning
