Job Requirements
- Ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Physical stamina for fast-paced mobility up to 8 hours
- Ability to perform bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous use of fingers and wrists
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow safety and cleaning protocols
- Reliable and punctual

Job Duties
- Clean all dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils used by employees and guests
- Help put away deliveries
- Keep the dishwasher in good working order
- Set up the three compartment sink for hand-washed equipment
- Be knowledgeable of cleaning chemicals used at each step
- Sweep and mop floors as needed
- Maintain open communication with team members
